Our story

Bridging Nigerian talent and global income

We built Ntaska because the problem was obvious and the existing solutions were wrong — selling platform access instead of building real qualifications. We chose the harder path.

“Our mission is to get every qualified Nigerian worker to their first dollar of remote income — legitimately, durably, and with their identity intact.”
Our values

What we stand for

Integrity

Your identity is non-negotiable. We build qualifications, never impersonations. Every worker earns access under their own name, their own profile, their own record.

Outcomes

We measure success in dollars earned, not enrollments processed. A worker who qualifies and earns consistently is the only metric that matters to us.

Community

20+ workers navigating the same journey together. The community compounds every qualification — no one figures this out alone.

The problem we solve

The account-rental model was always broken

For years, the dominant "solution" for Nigerian workers wanting remote income was simple and predatory: rent someone else's account. You'd pay a monthly fee, work through another person's profile, and live with the constant risk of termination — because the account wasn't yours.

Platforms ban these arrangements. Workers lose everything overnight. Operators pocket the fees regardless. The Nigerian worker never builds a real track record.

We built Ntaska as the deliberate inverse of that model. We sell outcomes — a qualification you earn under your own identity — and never access. The friction we remove is discovery (which platforms accept Nigerian workers), qualification (passing the assessment), and payment (converting USD to naira).

Every worker trains and qualifies under their own name
No credentials stored, brokered, or transmitted
Platform-recognised qualifications, not Ntaska certificates
Workers keep 100% of their earnings — we never touch it
Qualification data seeds our Phase 3 placement roster
Milestones

How we got here

January 2026

Founded

Ntaska started with a single conviction: Nigerian workers deserve legitimate pathways to global income — not account rentals, not proxies.

February 2026

First cohort

First structured training cohort launched for Outlier AI. 20 workers enrolled; 18 qualified on their first attempt.

March 2026

Community

Telegram, WhatsApp, and TikTok channels opened. The community grew to 20+ members within 30 days — mostly word-of-mouth.

April 2026

Platform expansion

Added Telus, Handshake, Data Annotation, and Appen to the catalog. 1,500+ tasks completed across all platforms.

May 2026

Phase 2 — Earnings

Earnings tracking and payout account management launched. Workers can now log income and store their USDT withdrawal references in one place.

June 2026

Phase 3 — Placement

The public worker directory is live. Clients can discover qualified Nigerian workers. Every introduction goes through an admin checkpoint.
